- The Brooklyn Nets are the -200 favorites to land Raptors forward OG Anunoby in a trade.
- Anunoby has been rumored to be frustrated with his role in Toronto although he has never publicly spoken about that.
- The New York Knicks at +500 and the Portland Trail Blazers at +800 are the next two favorites to acquire the 25-year-old.
Toronto Raptors general manager Bobby Webster shot down trade rumors involving OG Anunoby last month.
Anunoby has reportedly gotten frustrated with his role in Toronto and allegedly wants out. However, the 25-year-old has not made an official statement regarding the issue. In between Webster’s denial and Anunoby’s silence, the best NBA betting sites have opened the odds for Anunoby’s possible trade destination.
Raptors Remain Among the Teams in Pursuit of KD
With Ayton currently unable to be traded, the Suns appear to be all but eliminated from the Durant sweepstakes. The Raptors and Heat remain among the teams in pursuit and the Boston Celtics have emerged as a real threat to acquire Durant (@ShamsCharania). pic.twitter.com/WAhqY2XyKA

Toronto emerged as the second favorite to land Durant at +200 at the start of this month with the Suns listed as the -125 odds-on favorite. The Raptors have dropped to +900 to land KD in a trade with the Celtics emerging as the new favorites but with the Suns unofficially bowing out of the race after matching the Indiana Pacers’ max offer to Deandre Ayton, Toronto is still in the hunt along with the Miami Heat.
As expected, Brooklyn has given a steep price for KD which has turned off some potential suitors. Meanwhile, rumors are saying that the Nets will not consider the Raptors as a trade partner unless Toronto includes 2022 NBA Rookie of the Year Scottie Barnes in its offer.
Allegedly, the Raptors have said that Barnes is ‘off-limits’ but if they change their mind, then they would have to add rotational players like Gary Trent Jr. and/or Anunoby in a KD trade. The KD trade is the reason why the Nets are on top of the Anunoby odds boards. Brooklyn is the only team in the OG Anunoby betting boards

The Portland Trail Blazers were linked to Anunoby prior to the 2022 NBA Draft with Yahoo Sports’ Chris Baynes reporting that the Blazers were dangling the 7th pick of the draft for Anunoby. The Blazers ended up picking Kentucky freshman Shaedon Sharpe in the draft but up to now, they are said to be craving for Anunoby. Portland is third in the latest Anunoby odds board at +800 odds with only the Nets and New York Knicks at +500 having better odds than them.
Next on the Bovada odds board are the Washington Wizards at +1000. Before the draft, the Wizards were also linked to an Anunoby trade involving Kyle Kuzma and the 10th pick of the draft. Like the Blazers, no deal happened and Washington ended up taking Wisconsin shooting guard Johnny Davis with their lottery pick.
The Dallas Mavericks lost its second-best scorer with Jaylen Brunson signing with the Knicks. With Anunoby looking for a bigger role, heading to Dallas could be the solution. The Mavs have the resources to make a trade if Anunoby is available. They are listed at +1200 odds along with the Memphis Grizzlies.
